First, go to https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us/. If you have an issue with an order or an Amazon product, click on this link or put it into your browser's search bar and press enter to proceed to the website.
Select "Start chatting now" if you have a simple problem, like tracking a package. T
Choose your help subject from the list of possibilities in the chat window. When you begin speaking, you will be able to choose from a variety of prospective help subjects, which will show in bubbles inside the chat window.
Although you can't presently contact Amazon via phone, you can speak to a real person using the chat tool.
Simply state, "Can you link me with an associate?" Within a few minutes, the bot should link you with someone who can assist you.
You may also have the option to connect with a human representative by clicking a button at the bottom of the chat window.
This button has the appearance of a person's head wearing a headset.
Give the representative all of the specifics, including when and how the incident occurred.
