Ragi flour, 2 cups
Water
2 Taco shells
1 onion (diced)
1 tomato (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
1 pepper, bell (diced)
1/9 cup of corn
2 teaspoons of oil
According on taste, add salt, pepper, and red chilli powder.
Lettuce (sliced) (sliced)
100 ml of hung curd
1.) Grab a bowl, fill it with the following ingredients: corn, onion, tomato, carrot, red pepper, salt, pepper, and red chilli powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
2.) Cook ragi flour in water in a skillet until the flour completely absorbs the liquid.
3.) Now, thoroughly stir in the cooked ragi flour and hanging curd to the filling mixture.
4.) The taco shells should be roasted until the filling is crispy and the colour is just beginning to darken.
