2 cooked eggs (scrambled)
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 carrot (grated)
according your taste, add salt and pepper.
powdered chilli according to taste
2 loaves of multi-grain bread
cooking oil, two teaspoons
1.) Eggs, onion, tomato, and carrot should all be added to a bowl and thoroughly mixed. Add salt, pepper, and chilli powder now, and combine thoroughly.
2.) Then, put some frying oil in a pan and heat it. Between the two slices of multigrain bread, place the egg mixture and cook it until it is crispy.
3.) Serve hot.
